Not many will have had Manchester City vs Sunderland down as the most exciting Premier League clash of the weekend, but that’s why we love the English top flight so much.
An eight-goal thriller ensued at the Etihad, with Brian Brobbey notching a hat-trick for the visitors. However, they were ultimately on the end of a 5-3 defeat, with Enzo Fernández, Antoine Semenyo (2), Rayan Cherki and, of course, Erling Haaland on target for City.
